In the following privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. We only collect and process personal data on the basis of the legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003).

If you contact us, either via our contact form on our website or by email, the data you send to us will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your request or in the event of further follow-up questions. Your transmitted data will not be passed on without your consent.

In order to facilitate the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP address of the connection owner in cookies, as well as name, address, payment information and email address.

For the purpose of contract processing, we also store the following data:
Email, name, address.

The data you provide is required for the performance of the contract and for carrying out pre-contractual measures. It is not possible to conclude a contract without this data. The data collected will not be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of payment data (credit card data) to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company (transport company) commissioned by us, which is commissioned to deliver the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

If you cancel the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The submitted name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years). The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or Letter b (necessary for contract performance) of the GDPR.
